With real-time, multi-tasking operating system, Call recorders can be installed in a 19" rack or as a desktop unit. The system is versatile and can be operated locally using a mouse and keyboard or remotely from a PC workstation. The scalable design can accommodate from 8 to 128 channels with the ability to network multiple units recorders to support thousands of channels.
The system can give you the advantage of using your organization's existing network architecture to record and store calls made from any location on your LAN/WAN. Call information is stored on a centrally located server and can be accessed from any location using a standard web browser with Internet access. Access to files is protected by password hierarchy
